All policies and guidelines are to be adhered to and are enforced by both FH International Highschool and 13470458 CANADA INC. hereby addressed as “Hoops Haven” in the policies below.
Terms and Conditions
By ordering any of our products and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions
- By placing an order at Hoops Haven, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us
- All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Hoops Haven as responsible for the personal information
- Events outside Hoops Haven’s control shall be considered force majeure
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored
- Please note that local charges may occur
- Hoops Haven reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Hoops Haven as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure that services and products are supplied to you. The information you provide is only available to Hoops Haven and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Hoops Haven to delete or correct the information held about you.
Force Majeure
Events outside Hoops Haven’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Hoops Haven and The FH International Highschool are released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products and services remain Hoops Haven’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Hoops Haven. All transfers conducted through Hoops Haven are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
By accepting the Hoops Haven Conditions, you agree to the above.
Booking Policy
Please contact Hoops Haven before cancelling any bookings.
- There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are cancelled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked.
- If a booking date and time is missed due to a customer error, it will not be refunded or rebooked.
- If Hoops Haven is not notified 24 hours before a booking date about last-minute cancellations, the customer will not be refunded or rebooked.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are cancelled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked.
Disclaimer
By booking time through Hoops Haven, you and your entire party hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that incur while attending, exercising or on premises at Hoops Haven, You hereby waive all claims against Hoops Haven and The FH International Highschool, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that might incur to you or members of your party during your booking time on premise.
Hoops Haven and The FH International Highschool and its staff hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content posted by third parties.
Additional Information
Hoops Haven reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product and service offerings without prior notice. In the event of when a product or service is sold out, Hoops Haven has the right to cancel the order/booking.
Each person in your booking party needs to sign the waiver when entering the facility.
